The primary tasks of this role are to be responsible for the timely movement of furniture in and out of various studio sets, assemble furniture for viewing and maintaining a neat, clean, and organized sample area. This also includes the movement of products from studio and sample inventory to the outlet, and unloading furniture from weekly trucks and vendor shipments. Furthermore, it is necessary for the individual to open and assemble furniture scheduled for filming, photography, and viewing of samples. This includes prepping and flooring furniture for Merchandizing evaluation. This individual will be required to assist with construction of studio sets. The responsibilities will include but will not be limited to painting walls, installing flooring and other various light construction work. There might also be a time when furniture is damaged and will have to be repaired. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of the inventory location both in the sample area, and warehouse.
