Role Descriptions & Responsibilities As a Product Management Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing the evolving education landscape and helping our team make data-driven decisions. You will conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the academic sector, with a focus on how institutions and students are adopting 3D design tools. Your insights will help shape our long-term education strategy, ensuring our solutions align with the needs of educators, students, and researchers. In addition to gathering and analyzing data, you will develop strategic proposals that highlight opportunities for growth, recommend product-positioning strategies, and propose actionable initiatives for implementation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and education specialists while gaining firsthand experience in portfolio strategy and business planning in a leading 3D software company. * Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector. * Analyze data and industry insights to support education strategy development. * Assist in creating strategic proposals to enhance our product offerings and market positioning. * Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align research with business goals. * Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or a related field. * Experience or coursework in market research, data analysis, and identifying industry trends. * Ability to analyze findings and contribute to defining a business strategy. * Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations. * Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings and proposals effectively. * Ability to manage tasks independently and work on multiple projects with deadlines. Highly organized with critical attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment and engaging with stakeholders. * Passion for educational tools, software, and technology trends in the academic space. * Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools for research and reporting. * Advanced knowledge of SOLIDWORKS CAD or other CAD software preferred. Functional use of at least one additional CAD software (Onshape, Fusion 360, etc) preferred. * Ability and willingness to self-learn new and advanced software functions This is a 3 month paid internship with a flexible start date in the Dassault Systemes Corp. offices located at 175 Wyman Street Waltham, MA 0245. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
