As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

Note: This is a remote position and must be in the Eastern Time Zone.

In addition, you will:

• Establish collaborative relationships in a cross functional team on various projects and constituent groups, with the aim of promoting a cohesive approach and concept of iterated systems.
• Facilitates and coordinates the work of multiple project teams engaged in the establishment and implementation of new projects and procedures to support the Quality Team.
• Identifies and works to remove barriers to successfully complete the overall end to end process, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with internal and external teams and the Quality Team.
• Provides timely project status to the Senior PC Quality Team; submits for resolution those problems that cannot be resolved at lower level.
• Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and trackers.
• Duties will require candidate to initiate, notify, track, escalate and complete project close-outs for the MasTec Quality Team.
• Must be able to handle all correspondence between internal auditors, Sr PC, Program Manager and other internal stakeholders.
• Performs additional job-related duties as required or assigned by Senior PC or Quality Program Manager.

• You have a bachelor's degree OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
• You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
• You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• You have a construction background
• You have purchasing experience
• You have Norad and Oracle experience, a huge plus
• Possess Telecom experience
• You're skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
