Job Summary

Summary:
The Director, Imaging Engineering Services leads Diagnostic Imaging (DI) service delivery for the assigned area of responsibility. This role is responsible for technical operations leadership, support and development of the DI service team to ensure expert service of imaging equipment, and customer satisfaction. Provides DI support to on-site team for customer facing communication including monthly and quarterly review (QBR) input, deployment strategies (site vs field based resource modeling), and overall operational leadership. Owns service delivery and training plans. Works closely with RSS/NSS team for technical support, technology development, remote connectivity, and productivity programs

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develops and conducts training seminars based on modalities of expertise
* Aligns service delivery strategy and KPI's within area of responsibility
* Builds and administers imaging engineer training and development strategy
* Supports efforts to recruit, coach, engage, develop, retain, and build succession plan for imaging personnel
* Supports activities including but not limited to: productivity opportunities, quality, recruitment, and service delivery
* Proven track record of solving difficult problems; ability to handle difficult situations
* Work with, promote local vendor relationships, including local OEM leadership, to ensure service delivery requirements are met
* Maintain an effective line of communication with field leadership for service escalations.
* Represent Crothall Healthcare in response to customer inquiries and service delivery. Present a positive and cohesive image when discussing services and products with the customer. Maintain a professional appearance, work with customer's schedule, present a positive attitude, maintain customer communication, ensure follow-up after a service event to ensure the equipment is operating correctly and the customer is completely satisfied
* Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or other related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Formal radiology training and/or certifications(s) such as CBET, CRES, etc. are a plus. Military experience/Imaging training is a plus.

Experience:
* A minimum of 5-7 years multi-vendor DI service leadership experience
* A minimum of five years of supervisory experience required
* Multi-modality, multi-OEM technical expertise.
* Ability to work with others; and lead thru influence
* Proven P&L experience, with a focus on service cost productivity
* Ability to prepare and present customer business reviews
* Ability to data mine and analyze large amounts of data to create meaningful analysis and data driven decision making
* Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful MV service programs
* Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
* Experienced in successful resolution of complex problems under pressure
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements (Federal and State Radiation performance standards), ISO standards, registration, Quality Systems Regulations, EPA , FDA, CFR and OSHA regulations
