Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Assistant HR Manager in a team approach to reaching company goals
- Understand and be able to clearly explain various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Responsible for benefit cost summaries, ROI reports, benefit comparisons
- In collaboration with Assistant HR Manager, oversee benefits communications, including meetings, and PowerPoint presentation creation
- Oversee benefits changes to ensure they are entered appropriately in various systems and work with vendors to resolve issues
- Be knowledgeable in qualifying events, eligibility, open enrollment protocol for all benefits
- Assist Assistant HR Manager in obtaining data, statistics and other information relating to benefits, including Annual Reports (HIRD, 1099 HC, 1095C)
- Proficient with iSolved HRIS software for benefits tracking, reporting, and onboarding
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation/records
- Flexible to adjust to changing priorities on short notice and multi-task
- Promote Professionalism and Pride within the work force at all time
- Maintain regular on-site attendance
- Any other job duties as may be delegated by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communications skills (Oral/Written)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Accurate with information and reporting
- Skilled at working with confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must possess a 4-year college degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum of 3 years working with an automated HRIS system, preferably iSolved
- Associates or BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Must be flexible with schedule to include occasional travel, including overnight
