Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their financial needs are met.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with account management, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and updating account information. Provide information about products and services, and help clients choose the best options for their needs. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products and services. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
