TAP Busser & Runner - MGM Springfield

It is the primary responsibility of the Busser/ Runner to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant.

STARTING PAY: $15.85

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• In your role at TAP Sportsbar, you will be responsible for maintaining the food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly. You will keep the floors free of debris and spills, sweeping and mopping as necessary, and emptying garbage as required. Additionally, you will maintain par stock levels, clean and sanitize tables and chairs, retrieve orders from the warehouse, assist with proper stock rotation, run food to tables, and perform various other job-related duties as needed to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
