Business Operations Senior Representative (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

Join our dynamic business operations team! In this role, you will define, develop, and align best practices, processes, and policies with our strategic goals, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry. By championing Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, you'll boost the effectiveness and efficiency of our support services. You'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, including internal teams, external partners, channel partners, and vendors, making a significant impact every day!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage and reconcile monthly credit insurance premiums, debt protection fees, rate administration fees, and billing statements for assigned clients/Financial Institutions, ensuring accuracy and addressing any out-of-balance and eligibility issues.
  • Collaborate with clients/Financial Institutions to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Resolve reporting issues at both client and customer levels, enhancing overall satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support by answering calls from clients and customers, resolving inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in executing routine tasks using established processes and procedures.
  • 1-2 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mainframe experience.
  • Previous business operations experience.
  • Previous work experience in the Financial Services or Banking industries.

#LI-Hybrid **This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 3 days a week.**

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$18.27 - $31.73

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
