We are seeking a Project Administrator Intermediate with experience in IT Project Management and IT Business Analysis. This role involves managing and coordinating IT projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and administrative tasks, supporting project logistics, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items, and assisting in developing presentations. Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as familiarity with industry concepts and practices, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Consult with management to review project proposals and determine goals, timelines, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
- Define technical scope and objectives, and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Occasional travel to office environments, project sites or vendor locations. This role may require working outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate recruitment, assignment, and activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Adhere to standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation, and review status reports to modify schedules and plans as needed.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to management, clients, and stakeholders, and provide technical advice to resolve issues.
- Respond to requests for changes from original specifications and monitor project results against technical and customer specifications.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct business analysis to document requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures and PMO governance.
- Provide technical and administrative support to project teams.
- Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Develop and direct quality assurance test plans and testing
Qualifications: Education & Industry Experience

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 plus years of experience in IT Project Management and IT Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools is a plus.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with IT system implementation and integration projects.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.
