Special project opportunities include working with School of Medicine Faculty and the Division Leadership. Pre-med and public health administration academic opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills with ability to recognize processes that need improvement Proficiency with basic office operations such as copying/scanning/email Database entry, maintenance, and running reports Ability to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Establish, maintain, process, and/or update files, records and/or other documents Assist medical faculty and staff with organizational and special projects Process incoming mail; distribute correspondence and other material to Division staff/faculty Basic IT solutions for some of our faculty and staff. Performs miscellaneous duties/tasks/projects as assigned This position is Monday through Friday up to 20 - 28 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling during the office hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience working with Adobe Acrobat. Additional Adobe Applications a plus.
