Requisition ID req33066 Working Title Business Analyst,Sr Position Grade 14 Position Summary The UNM Division of Information Technologies is seeking candidates for a Senior Business Analyst position. The successful candidate will join a high caliber team of professionals in the Information Technologies department on the IT Applications Data Analytics and Reporting (DART) Team. The DART team manages the enterprise data and reporting tools as well as collaborates with many teams to ensure applications and systems have the proper data and accessed securely. The position will lead the Intake process and workload operation of our critical enterprise application portfolio to ensure incoming requests are processed in a timely manner according to our KPIs and customer expectations; conducting initial analysis of incoming requests, collaborating with the staff, and presenting projects during leadership team meetings.
