Our organization is seeking an experienced Acquisition Support Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on acquisition customers that need to renew. The successful candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients and work closely with the acquisition teams. Responsibilities: Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers Providing exceptional customer service to clients Collaborating with the retention and attach teams Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling Tech savviness to navigate salesforce, scrub leads and get them out to the right place. Interpersonal skills to be able to generate interest, ask the right questions, deep dive with discovery and get a good understanding of what client is trying to achieve and get them to the right place Start date: 5/12/2025 - NO TIME OFF IN FIRST 5 WEEKS *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
