Loan Closing Manager
*Overview:* The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager plays a pivotal role in managing workflows, driving new initiatives, enhancing processes, and fostering a positive team culture. This position involves monitoring queues to ensure service levels are met, developing innovative process improvements, and setting goals for the team. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Resource Management:* Efficiently monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends, and implement business solutions. * *Process Improvement:* Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance cycle times and improve quality. * *Technology Initiatives:* Support, recommend, and implement technology solutions. * *Performance Reporting:* Communicate monthly results to management regarding departmental performance objectives. * *Issue Escalation:* Serve as the primary point of escalation for all functional issues. * *Capacity Planning:* Conduct capacity and staff planning to maintain adequate service levels. * *Additional Duties:* Perform other related tasks as required and assigned. * *Culture Building:* Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values. *Qualifications:* * *Education:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. * *Technical Skills:* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). * *Industry Knowledge:* Mortgage experience is advantageous. * *Specialized Knowledge:* Experience in loan closing and funding, familiarity with title processes, and understanding of TRID rules. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
