Description Salary Range: $152,000-$173,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of FP&A professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability Oversee the enterprise budgeting and financial planning process Prepare department budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives Recommend hiring decisions, mentor staff, and support career development initiatives What we are looking for: CPA license preferred Expert in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead strategic discussions and present to executive audiences Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and emotional intelligence Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
