Description

Salary Range: $152,000-$173,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and inspire a team of FP&A professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Oversee the enterprise budgeting and financial planning process
  • Prepare department budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
  • Recommend hiring decisions, mentor staff, and support career development initiatives


What we are looking for:



  • CPA license preferred
  • Expert in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions and present to executive audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and emotional intelligence


Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
