In our full-scope optometric practice, you'll provide high-quality vision care in a welcoming and professional environment. We offer a private practice feel within a retail optical setting, complete with full-tech support and a caring, warm team. Our generous compensation package includes a base pay with production bonuses available, along with flexible scheduling. We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Optometrist who prioritizes compassionate patient care. You must be able to see 12-18 patients a day with the support of well-trained staff. With a manageable patient load of 12-18 patients per day and a flexible schedule of 24-32 hours per week, you'll have the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal time.
