Build, implement and drive consensus for a data driven solutions strategy and approach including, optimization across all areas of payment processing Gather effective feedback from clients and internal teams and use those insights to shape a an solutions insights Roadmap Drive and Deliver strategic initiatives working closely with the Technology & Product organisations Build a framework that allows for measuring, reacting, improving and enhancement of data solutions to bring transaction processing efficiency Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner. Identify areas of improvement/ Opportunity to improve the efficiency of transaction processing across the merchant organization Demonstrated track record of identifying, defining and bringing to market complex data science projects with high business impact across cross functional teams Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on processing optimization. Provide technical payment thought leadership to merchants including optimization of approval rates, acceptance expense, shopper-to-buyer conversion, and interchange qualification; monitor merchant processing activity to ensure optimal performance. Provide ongoing technical consultation to optimize technical payment infrastructure, including interfaces to GP-owned and third-party payment gateways and core processing platforms; educate merchants on products and services that can enhance their payment management operations Investigate anomalies or inefficiencies in payment processing; find the root cause, develop solutions for improvements, and rigorously follow-up on problem resolution Become an expert in all Global Payments payment products and services across ecom & f2f channels and all geographic markets Manage multiple sources of data, how to pull it together and deliver a clear message to the stakeholder in a language they can understand Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Microstrategy
