Your Impact
You'll be a core member of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team a joint venture between the Strategy and Corporate Finance (S&CF) and People and Organizational Performance practices. It covers topics across the entire M&A lifecycle, from M&A Strategy, Due Diligences, to Integrations, Separations, Joint Ventures and Alliances.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Client Capabilities for M&A, and you will work closely with the M&A Insights team. You will also work with global leaders across M&A, most regularly with leaders overseeing our capabilities, knowledge and offerings. In addition, you will be part of a network of client capabilities and client activation managers across S&CF and POP.
You will shape the client capabilities priorities for M&A globally, across each of the sub-Service Lines as well as the M&A sector join ventures (JV's). You will oversee the development and refresh of client offerings across M&A, orchestrate monthly Knowledge Review Board to convene leaders and experts to drive priority initiatives forward. You will own and lead the development of our gold standard proposal assets.
You will lead the curation of our core M&A capabilities to enable efficient and effective engagement with client service teams and clients. You will partner with Reach and Engagement and Client Activation colleagues to co-develop the external radiation strategy to share our capabilities and content with clients. You will disseminate M&A content across various internal communication channels and ensure our capabilities are always up-to-date on internal platforms.
You will manage and oversee the performance and health of the M&A Special Initiative, through close collaboration with our Finance team and priority initiative owners. You will collaborate with the M&A Insights leadership team to build M&A Insights people strategy as the team continues to expand, setting up processes and training programs to help team members upskill on our core capabilities, and build connections within the M&A Practice. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure.
