Your Role

Gensler.com is at the heart of the firm's robust content marketing strategy, and we are seeking a Web Production Coordinator who has a passion for digital design excellence and thrives in a collaborative environment. Our Web Production Coordinator will support a team of strategists, editors, and UX designers in the creation of compelling digital expressions that communicate the firm's thought leadership across our external-facing website.

We are looking for someone who has an eye for design, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines and is able to roll up their sleeves to perform the range of production work necessary in the maintenance and evolution of a large website.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the website's Web Production Specialist, Digital Editor, and Senior UX Designer to create and maintain UX excellence across gensler.com

  • Manage daily web production tasks in the CMS, including updating existing content and page elements, building new pages, and formatting/editing images

  • Assist in site performance optimization through implementation of SEO improvements

  • Manage ad-hoc updates and requests from cross-functional stakeholders

  • QA and audit site content

  • QA new features and functionality as needed in conjunction with site design/development

  • Provide support to regional marketing, PR and other CMS users across the firm to manage page creation and updates to existing pages

  • Aid in the construction of new, more complex landing pages in support of marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Collaborate with web designers and digital marketers to maximize effectiveness of campaigns

  • Provide future onboarding, training, and support for other CMS users

  • Build future training and best practice web documentation

  • Explore new practices and emerging tools across SEO, generative AI search, and analytics

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a web production and/or front-end development role

  • Experience with web content management systems

  • Experience writing CSS/HTML for design responsive layouts (JavaScript a plus)

  • Experience with creative programs, such as the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with Figma, Moz, Asana, and Salesforce preferred

  • Experience with website content and functionality QA

  • Experience writing web documentation

  • Understanding of SEO and current best practices a plus

  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

  • Collaborative work style with an outstanding ability to communicate with colleagues and internal stakeholders

  • Self-management skills and an ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders while working with a decentralized team

  • Design skills such as animation and data visualization a plus

  • Background or interest in fields of design, architecture, and sustainability a plus

**The compensation range for this role is estimated to be $75k-$90k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent upon relevant experience. **
