The Marketing team is expanding! We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support members of our leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you have a hands-on role in proactively and holistically running the day-to-day operations of our business. You are organized, positive, thoughtful, dependable, and able to keep up with our fast-paced and dynamic environment. You understand the strategic initiatives of the business and are able to prioritize team projects and deadlines. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to efficiently interact with internal team members, partners, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, keen on jumping in on as many projects as possible, and passionate about delivering value to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform an extensive range of core administrative tasks, including:

    • Effectively managing and maintaining calendars for Marketing leadership

    • Manage travel arrangements and expenses, process expense reports and reimbursements, manage invoices, purchase orders, assist with All-Hands

    • Create, organize, and maintain team mailing lists, folders, and drives.

  • Attend team meetings and track action items, assist with day-to-day projects, help build and improve processes and systems.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives and prepare summaries of key calls.

  • Build efficient and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.

  • Help with onboarding materials and ensuring new employees feel welcomed to Snowflake.

  • Serve as a lead for, and manager of, small projects, including presentation support.

  • Create presentations and write communications as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by Hiring Manager.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (direct executive support, project management or event planning experience).

  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders, functions and tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative, be proactive and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Experience implementing systems, processes, or programs that increase efficiency.

  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump into a myriad of projects. Resourceful self-starter that is curious, asks questions and can make logical, proactive decisions in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • Extreme attention to detail, organized and responsive.

  • Embrace and spread the Snowflake culture which revolves around our values.

  • Experience working with all levels of management, employees, vendors and customers.

  • Experience working in Google Docs and Google Calendar.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $161,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
