The Sr. Sales Manager will lead the growth and development of strategic partnerships across our channel ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for authoring and executing joint business plans designed to accelerate deal registration, grow pipeline, and increase close rate. The SDC will align Supermicro sellers with partner sellers to meet sales objectives through specific market activities - sales plays/campaigns, demand gen events and other partner-centric sales motions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with channel partners including distributors, resale partners, and system integrators. * Drive partner sales engagement, enablement, and training to support revenue targets * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product, marketing) to deliver Supermicro solutions through the channel * Measure Partner performance, forecast partner sales, report on established KPIs. * Identify new partnership opportunities to expand channel reach and market share. * Ensure compliance with Supermicro Channel program, rules of engagement, deal registration and any active rebate/incentive programs. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred *8+ years technology sales experience selling into the Enterprise marketplace with resale and distribution partners. * History of growing and developing resale and distribution partnerships * Strong understanding of two-tier distribution models and partners ecosystems Solid oral and written communication skills, executive presence, and judgment * Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills * Ability to travel 25% of the time or as needed Salary Range
$139,000 - $165,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
