How you will make history here... The Campbell's Engineering Team is a high-performance engineering organization and business partner in delivering strategic value-based solutions and innovative technologies. Our mission is to provide engineering leadership and expertise in support of Campbell's growth, Innovation and Supply Chain strategies. As a member of the Engineering Team, you will be accountable for leading cross functional teams and providing project management leadership in the delivery of complex projects from conceptual design to project completion. This position effectively leverages outside engineering partners and expertise to complement internal resources in the successful delivery of the capital projects. What you will do... * Leads a cross functional team and uses the Engineering Team's disciplined process to manage all aspects of major capital projects including establishment of the project charter through successful project execution and project acceptance. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $137,600-$197,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
