Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal territory and carry an individual quota
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of two to three sales resources to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct regular sales training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in B2B eCommerce, CAD or CPQ is not required but highly valued
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel overnight approx. 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Work Arrangement : Remote

Pay Range: $128,000.00 - $153,000.00 annually

Commission Eligible: This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
