Position Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Costpoint Capture Management solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Conduct research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and adoption.
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Enhance workflows for bid and proposal management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all phases of the proposal lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final proposal submission, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years experience in government contracting business development, proposal management and capture management
• Proficiency in capture management, proposal development and publicly available information sources (sam.gov; GovWin; etc.) is expected.
• Comprehension of, and experience with, the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR).
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all phases of the proposal lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final proposal submission, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Product Management experience is not required but is a plus.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $81500.00 - $142750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
