This role is within Chamberlain Group Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) develop long term defined and documented relationships with named national security distribution partners which leads to market share driven revenue growth within our Access Solutions space (ii) Define and Implement market and segment strategies to drive healthy growth in revenue and share at targeted national security distribution partners for Access Solutions. This role works closely with our Regional Sales and Business Development teams to realize the results of their agreements across multiple customer bases. Requires 8+ years of sales/marketing in the construction or similar industry and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop long term defined and documented relationships with named national security distributors that leads to market share driven revenue growth within our Access Solutions space; Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for our access solutions, customized for our security distribution partners.

  • Define and implement market and segment strategies to drive healthy growth in revenue and share at a national scale for Access Solutions

  • Lead sales engagements with identified integrators/end users and lead partner development with key partners that results in new pipelines, wins, revenue and share gain

  • Direct and measure the impact of the marketing, sales and technical engagements to ensure we are successful at all security branch locations

  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, aligned with company goals and industry trends.

  • Lead and oversee select projects in partnership with Sales Leadership and regional sales teams across key dealers, integrators and other business partners to ensure results

  • Understand the competitive landscape and develop key consumer insights that provides the ability to differentiate Chamberlain Group solution offerings to prospects and partners which will help us grow market share with the security distribution partner

  • Oversee and create a robust pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM

  • Own strategic relationships with key segment customers' purchasing and marketing teams to secure product usage nationwide

  • Provide leadership, insight, and support to all of the regional sales teams on segment strategy implementation

  • Work with security distribution partners to develop and implement external marketing strategies

  • Forecast and participate in applicable planning activities to assist in overall sales and production planning

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members

  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies

  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications

  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CGI mission, vision and values.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field

  • 8+ years of sales/marketing in the construction or similar industry

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Highly motivated with good planning, organization and prioritizing skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Team skills, both as a leader and team member

  • Ability to present and communicate

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time internationally and domestically; valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • MBA and/or additional project management training preferred

  • Product management experience

  • Knowledge of the supply chain to the construction industry; BPCS

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Overall knowledge of GDO distribution and dealer sales is a plus

The payrange for this position is $ $87,500.00 - $141,500.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
