Run what runs the world This Position reports to: Local Business Line ManagerYour role and responsibilities: Responsible for identification, exploration and implementation of R&D, engineering and technology/product development and growth strategies within the global NEMA Motors Division to enhance and secure ABBs global position and profitability in the medium/long term. Ensure project execution and foster innovation and develop and secure research and development (R&D) capabilities. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 15 years of experience with industrial electric motors in R&D, engineering, or related field
