This Position reports to:

Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on industrial machinery, including servomotors and processors.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while strictly adhering to safety protocols like lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Work closely with machine operators and be flexible with overtime to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Utilize and expand your knowledge of schematics, electrical tools, and diagnostic techniques to solve new equipment challenges and keep systems running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or 2 years of related experience accepted in lieu.
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
  • PLC troubleshooting and controls experience highly desired.
