We have an opening for a Senior Manager, CRM.

The Senior Manager, CRM will use knowledge of best practices, system capabilities and independent judgement to maintain and make available Firm contact and company records for use in communications, prospecting, and other marketing activities using the Firm's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application. The Senior Manager, CRM will also be responsible for building new processes and reporting functions to showcase activities and to clean and enrich contact and company data. They will continue to evaluate and evolve the CRM and EMS systems and outputs to enhance client engagement and increase digital traffic, as well as work on other communications initiatives.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager, CRM will:

  • Maintain the firm's CRM and EMS systems;
  • Use knowledge of best practices and available tools to keep contact and company data accurate;
  • Design and implement new reporting capabilities in CRM, based on Business Development requirements and reporting needs;
  • Administer the use of and provide support for CRM and EMS applications, including campaign and template management, as well as email output creation and sends;
  • Oversee EMS emails and other digital initiatives in support of the Firm's digital marketing strategy and to enhance the brand of the Firm;
  • Maintain and actively contribute to improving the Firm domain authority, by effectively managing bounce emails;
  • Collaborate with Business Development colleagues to support all mailings, thought leadership and event campaigns;
  • Lead and train Business Development, vendor teams and other users in multiple CRM-related actions and provide training as applicable;
  • Coordinate internally with IT and externally with supporting third-party vendors to evaluate existing CRM and EMS related software applications and identify and implement solutions and upgrades or enhancements, including data migrations;
  • Maintain back-end processes and settings to ensure optimal technical configuration of CRM and EMS systems;
  • Support data integration projects with other Firm systems;
  • Create and maintain data governance and privacy implementation plans as it pertains to the tasks of your team;
  • Create and implement communication and training plans related to processes and system upgrades; Develop and maintain a comprehensive mailing calendar, aligning with Firm goals, for events and thought leadership, implementing segmentation where necessary; and
  • Support and administration of additional related projects, digital content, resources, and other initiatives and programs for the Digital Marketing and Business Development teams as needed.

Proficiencies:

  • Expert proficiency in CRM Systems (Salesforce, Intapp DealCloud and accompanying integrations) and related applications;
  • Expert proficiency in EMS and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Vuture, Dispatch);
  • Expert proficiency in data hygiene and enrichment market offering;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at any given time;
  • Advanced knowledge of legal and professional services industry and related marketing;
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing resources, principles, procedures, and concepts;
  • Advanced knowledge of technical principals and best practices for electronic communications;
  • Advanced knowledge of IT back-end systems and best practices; and
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML code and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 10 years of experience working with and supporting office applications and data integrity/quality issues;
  • At least 10 years of experience within a CRM software environment; and
  • At least 10 years of experience within an eMarketing Solution suite environment.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $154,500 and a maximum of $205,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
