Staffmark, in partnership with Shutterfly, is hiring a Production Machine Operator in Fort Mill, SC. We can offer you a three-day work week to get you the work-life balance you have been searching for!

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 4pm - 4am (Possible Thursdays during peak)

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain digital presses and bindery equipment such as HP Indigo, Bind Cell, Diamant, and UV Coaters
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and request service as needed to ensure quality and uptime
  • Inspect products for quality and procedural adherence using visual checks and print analysis
  • Identify errors early and make routine adjustments to reduce rework
  • Maintain accurate production records and use labor efficiently
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and follow safety/OSHA and 5S guidelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete additional tasks as assigned by management
