We can offer you a three-day work week to get you the work-life balance you have been searching for! Pay: $18 per hour Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 4pm - 4am (Possible Thursdays during peak) Primary Responsibilities: Operate and maintain digital presses and bindery equipment such as HP Indigo, Bind Cell, Diamant, and UV Coaters Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and request service as needed to ensure quality and uptime Inspect products for quality and procedural adherence using visual checks and print analysis Identify errors early and make routine adjustments to reduce rework Maintain accurate production records and use labor efficiently Ensure all products meet quality standards and follow safety/OSHA and 5S guidelines Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete additional tasks as assigned by management Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, Earned Wage Access (access a portion of your earned wages before your payday), referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!
