Description Essential Job Functions Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values Performs basic material handling activities: unloading trucks, receiving parts, material movements, order fulfillment, cycle counts and inventory error investigation Performs put- a- ways of inventory from vendor as well as manufacturing Maintains traceability on all components picked or stocked Verifies order information to ensure order accuracy Maintains inventory controls systematically by collecting stock location orders, recording amounts of materials or items received or shipped. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, packing, crating, loading, and securing product Prepares and verifies shipping documents Monitors and recommends solutions to material control problems Maintains quality and condition of warehouse items and facilities Utilizes power lifting equipment: pallet jack, forklift, stand-up, etc. Maintains a clean and organized work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop Maintains sufficient knowledge of all equipment used by department and any safety requirements during its operation May assist in counting of physical inventory Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Travel Requirements: 0% - 25% Prior Forklift Operation Skills Work Conditions Position is based out of a branch or site location. Duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere Interaction with other employees, as well as supervisors and shop personnel Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to lift and carry75 pounds Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee to perform routine office duties Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells This job description is intended to indicate the kinds of tasks and levels of work difficulty required of the position given this title and shall not be construed as declaring what the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position shall be.
