As one of our Administrative Assistants, you will provide a critical safety net for senior executives within the North America Client Group. You've built a career assisting others and know the level of attention this role demands. You've tested various ways to stay on top of your to-do list, and you've found an ideal method to ensure success. You are a master in creating backup plans and alternative options when unforeseen circumstances arise. You're highly resourceful, composed and empathetic. You have a way with people. You expertly leverage relationships to coordinate complicated calendars, prepare documents for meetings, organize logistics for meetings and events, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and contribute to ad-hoc projects. You will help your executives' days run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that they are able to focus on top priorities.

  • You've directly supported more than one senior-level executive simultaneously and are well-versed in the demands and nuances of managing executives' calendars as well as managing complex travel arrangements. You know that visibility is critical and communicating priorities is paramount.
  • You build appropriate relationships with key stakeholders' assistants.
  • You are flexible, proactive and solutions-oriented; you can manage multiple tasks with a range of priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and can communicate effectively across stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Your sense of urgency is consistent and dependable.
  • You have more patience than most people and you adapt your style according to the needs of your managers.
  • You take a collaborative, considerate and thoughtful approach to everything you do.
  • You're well-versed in the nuances and complications of booking travel in Concur, managing complex travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports on behalf of your executives.
  • You are technology-proficient and are able to learn new technology as needed. You're an Outlook expert and have advanced Microsoft skills overall. You regularly fine-tune your craft to become more efficient.
  • You are skilled at managing confidential information with discretion.

Note: Location for this role is NYO.

New York Base Salary Range: $85,102-$136,163

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
