Overview As a Geologist/Environmental Scientist for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) for our Columbus, Ohio office, you will be directly involved with environmental site investigation and remedial action projects. Your primary responsibility will be completing field activities, including assisting with and leading field sampling activities for soil, groundwater, and surface water. You will also assist with reporting activities, including environmental data interpretation, developing potentiometric surface maps, isoconcentration maps, and geologic cross sections. The individual's degree of involvement will be based upon their exposure and experience with respect to the assigned work. Role and responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and prepare raw data into workable form for project reports, plans, and other project documents.
