Events Retail Manager - Reno, NV

Responsibilities

* Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships.
* Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships.
* Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures.
* Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered.
* Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
* Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.
* Create yearly and monthly goals that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics.
* Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support.

Qualifications

* Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team.
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
* Nurturing and professional attitude.
* Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic.
* Microsoft office proficient, especially excel.
* Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance.
* Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization.
* Experience managing a team preferred.
* Must be able to travel for business needs.
