As a Business Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the direction of two key Service programs: Service Performance Program and Partner Support Services. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and report on service performance data, providing actionable insights that directly impact program effectiveness and partner success.

In this role, you will:



  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify performance trends, opportunities, and challenges across service programs.
  • Collaborate with Service Partner Managers and Partner Account Managers, equipping them with the intelligence needed to enhance partner performance and achieve program goals.
  • Communicate complex performance metrics clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders, including sales teams, senior management, and cross-functional service teams.
  • Ensure performance targets and program metrics are optimized to drive continuous improvement and support partner growth and profitability.


This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and translating data into meaningful recommendations. Your work will directly shape the success of our programs, enabling them to adapt, scale, and deliver measurable value to partners and stakeholders alike.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Service Partner Managers, Partner Account Managers, Finance, and Partner Operations.
  • Collaborate with Partner Operations and support teams to address operational tasks.
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive partner performance improvements.
  • Understand SFDC data structure to create reports and identify gaps or data mismatches on partner records.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Service Partner performance and make recommendations to improve the ease of use and effectiveness of tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of enablement to impact future program requirements.
  • Based on performance analysis related to enablement, identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required.



Experience & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • A consistent track record of rapidly learning and mastering new concepts.
  • Strong business judgment, strategic mindset, and facility for quantitative and analytical thinking
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Basic familiarity with enterprise technology concepts and coursework in computer science or professional experience in high-tech.


  • Ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for enablement and training solutions.


  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be detail oriented.


Minimum Salary: $77,440.00

Maximum Salary:$111,320.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $77,440.00 and $111,320.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
