This role will assist in the management of key Whole Banking North America initiatives and overall business manager support needed to help senior management achieve their business goals.

The position holder will become part of the Strategy and Analysis function supporting the Wholesale Banking business lines. Responsibilities include :

Supporting, monitoring and reporting on our strategy: growth in Wholesale by using F&A and Energy Transition knowledge & our global network to originate events, to convert prospects to clients, and to collaborate across product lines in the region and with other regions in the global network.

Monitoring Wholesale financial performance and portfolio management on a monthly basis and in terms of annual and strategic goals.

Collaborating with the business to ensure compliance in all risk, compliance, legal and regulatory framework of Rabobank so we maintain license to operate.

Supporting on simplification and digitalization our processes by proactively introducing and using digital solutions like Power BI, PowerApps.

• Assist in the preparation of all franchise related/strategy off-sites
• Act as a valued business partner for the product lines supported
• Support the annual budgeting and strategic MTP process for WBNA
• Actively monitor financial performance vs. budget on a monthly basis; works with Finance and Control and Relationship Managers to resolve any income or expense discrepancies
• Review/Analyze office/sector portfolio data such as client data and client relationship information to support business decisions
• Support in any implementation of several Wholesale Banking strategic initiatives including but not limited to Energy Transition
• Supporting on simplification and digitalization our processes by proactively introducing and using digital solutions like Power BI, PowerApps.

To be considered for the Business and Strategy Analyst role, you must have:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
• Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Finance and accounting background within banking or global financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
