Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments including operations, agency, enterprise technology, back office, and enterprise business partners to align platform initiatives with business strategy.
- Leads and/or coordinates interdepartmental initiatives with enterprise impact
- Serves as a subject matter resource on Financial Services policies, practices, and products within assigned area
- Interprets department and legislative/regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations, and develops integrated plans for implementation
- Researches, develops, provides, and communicates results and recommendations to senior leadership and other levels of management through summaries, reports, and presentations
- Serves as a liaison between Investment Planning Services and internal/external business partners to resolve complex issues
- Initiates and coordinates activities and/or projects to develop or improve automation workflows, processes, projects, and procedures
- Participates in interdepartmental initiatives, projects, and/or committees
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with financial products and services, specifically in Life Insurance products and Advisory Services
- Technical/functional expertise in financial services practice management

Additional Requirements:
- May be required to obtain the FINRA SIE and Series 6 securities licensing exams.
- May be required to be fingerprinted for sponsorship from State Farm VP Management Corp (SFVPMC) and State Farm Investment
- Management Corp. (SFIMC) to remain in the position. May vary by division based on leadership's direction based on review of business needs.
- Incumbents must sign the Acknowledgement and Consent to Telephone Monitoring, and the Acknowledgement of Policy on Personal Account
- Transactions/Acknowledgement of E-mail Retention and Supervision Policy Forms
Incumbency Period:
- All employees hired into this position are subject to a 12-month incumbency period (beginning on the effective date in this position) which must be met before the incumbent can post or be considered for other opportunities.
- Exceptions to the incumbency period may be considered for promotional opportunities and will be considered on an individual basis, consistent with business needs and management approval.

- Potential starting salary range: $79,000 - $121,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
