Force & Motion Control is seeking a global-minded and dynamic leader with strong commercial skills, business acumen, data analytics, and a track record of driving and implementing pricing and other commercial growth and price strategies that yield margin improvements to serve as the Regional Director of Margin Management. In this role, you will implement strategic, tactical, and operational margin and commercial growth. You will help deliver price realization and enable market share expansion for the Force & Motion Control business through market-relevant pricing, sourcing strategy, and other strategic opportunities. You will also be responsible for defining, resourcing, and implementing new margin management tools and processes for existing and upcoming products and services, leveraging systems to collect the right data, and monitoring and sharing that information with the leadership, commercial, and product teams.
