Electrical Engineer

Full-time | Engineering | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

Electrical Engineering Specialist will be responsible for the electrical design of components to support TVH's strategic initiatives. The role includes but not limited to product development, validation, cost reduction, and improvement projects. This position requires a broad understanding of electrical systems and components as well as their application in various products.

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant technologies into designs.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering.

• Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and principles.

• Experience with circuit analysis tools such as SPICE.

• Familiarity with programming languages like C/C++.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
