At Staffmark, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. Shifts Available (Monday-Friday): 1st shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd shift: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM 3rd shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout programs Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, and gauges Inspect and listen to machines to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs Dismantle machinery to access and remove defective parts Lubricate and clean equipment to maintain efficiency and prevent breakdowns Complete maintenance work orders to reduce downtime and improve safety, quality, and productivity Keep work areas clean and support overall plant efficiency Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Skilled in using measuring tools, amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions A professional, responsible approach to your work This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
