 QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 
 Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related fieldThree (3) years' experience which includes two (2) years' professional team leadership or supervision in the assigned subject matter tasksOr an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceITIL Foundation certification, ITIL Practitioner/Intermediate or ITIL Expert certification or ITIL Service Manager/Master certification preferredMust possess a valid Florida driver's licenseConsideration for this position requires a credit check
