Top Skills' Details PC Support experience - in a Windows environment. They have 5000+ devices under management plus another 2000 at the corporate office. This team manages all aspects of the implementation, upgrading, break/fix, and replacement of the PC's. - Image and staging PCs - They will be responsible for setting up PCs in the Knoxville Office and shipping them out to the different travel centers across America. This also includes printers as well as Win 11 deployments. - Scripting, PowerShell, any tool similar to Clonezilla, ServiceNow, O365, Bomgar or similar remote management software, VPN and multi-factor authenticator experience (Cisco), IBM BigFix or similar. - Customer service - this team works with employees in the field at 300+ travel centers and should be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. - Certs like Net +, Sec +, A+ are a plus - Customer service - this team works with 18k plus employees in the field at 300+ travel centers and should be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. *Job Duties & Technologies* Looking for an experienced Desktop technician to join their team here in Knoxville. This team supports 300+ travel centers and 5000+ PC's across the country from an IT Center here in Knoxville. Responsibilities include: Imaging, deploying, supporting both desktop/laptop computers, asset management of these devices. They are the final line of support for all tech issues and must be able to work as a team to solve issues as they arise. They will also respond in a timely manner to general incident tickets for end user-related support issues regarding Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems. *Skills* Deployment, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Install *Top Skills Details* Deployment, Windows 10 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Reimaging *Experience Level* Entry to Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
