Job Description: Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team through training, coaching, and performance management Monitor team sales benchmarks and drive continuous improvement Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires while promoting a culture of growth and accountability Coordinate and conduct sales meetings focused on promotions and execution strategies Ensure floor readiness with accurate tagging, clean displays, and assigned areas maintained to company standards Review and verify customer orders for accuracy using company systems Manage staff schedules, time off, and ensure adequate shift coverage Assist staff in resolving complex customer or policy-related concerns Handle administrative duties such as attendance tracking, HR paperwork, and incident reports Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures Communicate operational needs and feedback to upper management Qualifications: Previous experience in sales leadership, retail management, or team building Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong computer and internet proficiency Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach teams toward shared goals High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
