About the Position: The Product Growth Strategy team is part of Salesforce's Product organization, and partners with Product Management executives to drive business growth, Go-To-Market execution, strategic planning, business analysis, and growth across our product portfolio. The Analyst role is a hybrid of traditional roles in strategic planning, sales strategy, finance, and analytics - requiring a mix of market & business analysis, sales optimization, and business operational support. This analyst will work on a variety of global projects across functions and customer segments across multiple Product Clouds. Sample strategic projects include developing recommendations on go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, sales coverage, and investment prioritization. Operationally, the focus will be on forecasting, market sizing, growth trend analysis, sales pipeline analysis, business performance tracking, and formulation of actionable recommendations. This person must feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis. Deliverables include detailed analytic models, custom performance analysis, building a scalable reporting infrastructure, and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives. The role requires interaction with multiple functional teams in the organization (such as Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success) and provides exposure to senior executives. The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. They will be comfortable diving into large datasets, excel at extracting insights from data, and converting ideas to action. Responsibilities:

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,700 to $120,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
