Arjo is seeking a Sales & Project Manager to pursue, uncover, and manage Arjo Ceiling Lift project opportunities in the south and southeast states.In this hybrid Sales/Project Manager role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all Ceiling Lift installation project elements meet customer expectations and due dates.

This is a customer-facing position that will require approximately 50% overnight travel, including regular visits to customer healthcare facilities in major metro areas in south and southeast states.

Key Day-to-Day Activities:



  • Promote and present patient mobility solutions and the value of Arjo Ceiling Lifts in driving clinical outcomes.
  • Present Arjo Ceiling Lift solutions as a comprehensive package to Equipment Planners, General Contractors, Engineering teams, Project Managers, and Architects.
  • Travel to medical facilities (Acute, LTC, Government) to conduct assessments for possible Ceiling Lift installation projects.
  • Educate and train customers on product usage.
  • Project Manager and primary contact/liaison between Arjo and customers on all activities related to Ceiling Lift installations, from start of project to close.
  • Full-cycle project management - including assessments, quotes, drawings, pre-delivery, installation and closeout.
  • Develop relationships with General Contractors, Engineering teams, Project Managers, and Architects in conjunction with projects within their designed territory.
  • Support completion of installation drawings using CAD.
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the position will also be considered.
  • 6+ years' experience in project management, or a combination of project management, construction, and capital installations. Experience in healthcare setting helpful.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, including managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office. CAD proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.


  • Must have valid driver's license; and able to travel overnight approximately 50%.
  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35lbs.
