ESS Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Focus on Energy Storage product sales in the North American market to achieve sales performance targets;
2. Understand market dynamics and competitor activities, develop new clients;
3. Maintain existing clients, identify client needs, and build good customer relationships;
4. Handle daily sales activities such as business data collection and analysis, delivery management, and accounts receivable collection;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Energy Storage, Lithium Battery, Power, or related industries;
2. Over 5 years of sales experience in industries relevant to the North American market, with outstanding performance and a deep understanding of the North American market;
3. Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred;
4. Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges;
5. Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities;
6. Proficient in English as a working language.
