The Sr. Application Development Specialist will support the internal and external implementation of emerging engineering and processing technologies. They will serve as the technical expert in advanced engineering and injection molding techniques including, advanced CAE (structural, heat management, mold filling), concept and feasibility analysis, and specialized IM technologies. They will support/lead the technical aspects of Engineering Plastics (EP) industry teams including Automotive, Electrical and Medical and independently lead the technical engineering support of customer projects/developments. They will lead Accolade Technology project initiatives in advanced engineering and processing topics; performs multiple, complex technical assignments, requiring technical innovation and project management skills; and design and execute complex engineering and processing experiments internally and with key customers.
