Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds business segment, is aweb-based and mobile healthcare consumerism software that drives down pharmacy costs for self-insured plan sponsors, employees, and health plans. Our technology andapproach are Proactive, Patented and Proven. RxSS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successfulRegional VP, Employer Salesto join our EmployerSales team! Primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing net new business of employer groups. The Regional VP, Employer sales will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find the best solutions for customersand drive revenue growth.Our ideal candidate is a business development hunter with experience selling into the benefits technology space, including experience selling direct and through consultants. Weoffer a competitive salary base plus unlimited earnings potential in a hot market! * Sales territory will cover the Midwest portion of the United States, from Minnesota to Texas. Ideal home-base cities would be Kansas City (where the bulk of the RxSS team sits), Chicago or Minneapolis, but we'll consider a qualified candidate based anywhere in the Midwest. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position: $156,800 - $261,300Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
