The Sedation Insurance Coordinator with Sedation Centersrequires the ability to multi-task and pivot from the normal tasks if necessary depending on the Team needs at any given time. We have clinical days at least once per week and will travel to Lexington and Greenville once every month or two; depending on patient care needs. Someone who pays attention to details, completes tasks thoroughly and works efficiently on their own and within a team setting is an ideal candidate for this position. Candidates must at least have intermediate level experience with Microsoft applications (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook). Someone who is willing to jump in, learn all about what we do and perhaps even offer ways to improve our current processes will be a welcomed addition to our Team!

Requirements:

BLS/CPR Certification

Bilingual preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 4p with travel required to Lexington and Greenville locations as needed.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 2 years of medical billing and insurance experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical, or dental environment with direct customer service.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:


  • Excellent customer service oriented and ability to always communicate with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Communication - effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
  • Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills- strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
  • Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is required, as well as other dental software.
