  • Cross-Domain Innovation: Work across all domains - air, sea, land, space, and cyber - integrating cutting-edge technology and operational energy strategies.

  • Collaboration with Purpose: Partner with military leaders, technologists, and engineers to solve real-world challenges.

  • Balance of Focus and Flexibility: Enjoy a mix of remote work, on-site engagement at strategic locations (like the Pentagon), and travel opportunities that bring your work to life.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with C++, AFSIM, or SysML is a plus

  • Active-duty military experience and understanding of operational concepts is highly valued

  • Strong desire to write great code, lead by example, and mentor junior developers

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop powerful, user-friendly software tools to support military planning and innovation

  • Build and optimize front-end components that clearly communicate data and insights to military decision-makers

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements and execute on the vision

  • Implement and integrate classified capabilities as needed, working on secure systems with mission relevance

  • Participate in wargames, capturing user feedback and using it to improve product functionality and user experience

  • Write clean, well-documented code and develop technical documentation to support future enhancements

  • Lead by example: estimate, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks while helping guide and mentor junior engineers
