We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, Search & Discovery. This candidate will ideally be based in our Silicon Valley office in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities



  • Define the US specific requirements and corresponding end user experience for an industry leading Search & Discovery experience on LG's webOS powered Smart TV platform
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve user engagement metrics, optimizing search and discovery pathways
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design solutions
  • Create Wireframes and Prototypes to articulate features and experiences that improve customer satisfaction & engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering to deliver seamless users experiences across all platforms
  • Champion user-centered search enhancements and advocate for the user experience across the organization
  • Perform competitive and gap analysis to understand market trends for existing products and targeted market segments


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience working on metadata and search/discovery projects that power compelling user experiences
  • Strong portfolio of projects in the areas of search, navigation and content discovery
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user engagement and inform design decisions
  • Ability to navigate international cultures, work across time zones and be willing to work with a remotely located development and design team
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally when required to meet with stakeholders and delivery teams

Recruiting Range
$145,000 - $170,000 USD
