Schedule \| 1st Shift (Monday - Friday) 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pay \| $22 per hour Requirements \| 2 years of experience operating a punch or turret press + Strong blueprint reading skills + Familiar with micrometers, calipers, and standard inspection tools Punch Press Operator Job Duties Set up and operate a punch press using pancake and some progressive dies. Follow routing report instructions and engineering drawings for setups. Pull and utilize proper tooling for each job. Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation. Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Maintain the highest quality standards under the AS9100 quality system. Report to the production manager and management team. Ensure punctuality, strong attendance, and production pace compliance.
